We know how sensitive exotic pets species can be to environmental conditions. That's why our facility is climate controlled and has a building wide back up power generator. When you board your pet with us you won't have to worry about temperature changes due to power outages and you can be sure that someone is looking in on them more than once a day.

Room. We provide cages for birds, but we ask you to bring your own toys and food. If you have another type of exotic pet, we ask that you provide your own secure, escape proof cage as well as any special feeding, watering, and play equipment best suited to your pet's needs.
Meals. Please bring the food and treats you normally feed your pet at home. We have a refrigerator and freezer to store perishable food as well as a full kitchen if any preparation is required.
Bedding. Please bring any special bedding required for your pet. For example, wood chips, shredded paper.

Important Policies You Should Know Check-in/out and Fees Please let us know in advance when to expect your pet's arrival and departure so we can be prepared and calculate your invoice correctly. Check-in time: 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week. We charge for every night your pet is here, regardless of the time you check-in. Check-out time: 9 AM to 12 noon, seven days a week. If your pet leaves after 12 noon we charge for an additional full day. For example: If a pet checks in on January 1st and leaves January 2nd before 12 noon, the charge is for one day. However, if the pet leaves after 12 noon the charge is for two days. Boarding Agreement More information When your pet arrives we will ask you to sign our boarding agreement. The document states in plain english our responsibilities and yours. Please read the agreement in advance so you are familiar with it. Feel free to call us with any questions you might have.
